Mel-Restor™ is a patented, naturally derived, fractionated melanin cosmetic ingredient. Its optical profile is tailored for low transmission of damaging UV and high-energy visible (HEV) light while allowing high transmission of red and near-infrared wavelengths.
The result is a single ingredient designed around simultaneous photoprotection and photobiomodulation (PBM).
